The more you can honestly tick, the better placed you are to catch issues before they turn into claims, and before they show up at renewal.

We'll be in touch
Keep an eye out. One of the team will be in touch with your results and your checklist over the coming week. The gaps you flagged are where mental health issues tend to escalate into the claims behind rising renewals, and where proactive support helps most.

How proactive support eases the pressure
Support before crisis point
Employees book in 3 minutes and speak to a counsellor, therapist or coach within 12 hours, so issues are caught early rather than escalating into clinical treatment.
Fewer of the claims behind your renewal
Catching mental health issues early means fewer escalate to the point of a PMI claim, which is the part of your renewal pressure you can actually influence.
A return you can measure
Deloitte puts the return on proactive mental health support at around £4.20 for every £1 spent, alongside lower absence and stronger retention.
Straight answers
Will this reduce our PMI premium?
We will not promise that, and anyone who does is overpromising. Premiums move on many factors, including market-wide claims, medical inflation and your own scheme. What proactive support does is tackle the mental health issues driving claims and absence earlier, which is the part you can genuinely influence before renewal.
How does the readiness score work?
You tick the checks that are already true for your organisation, and we score how ready your support is to catch mental health issues before they turn into claims. It is a quick self-assessment to show you where to focus, not a formal audit.
Does MYNDUP replace our PMI or EAP?
Neither by default. MYNDUP works alongside your existing cover as the proactive layer that catches issues early. Many teams run it in parallel and see usage around six times that of a traditional EAP.
Is my data private?
Yes. We use your details only to send your action checklist and to talk about proactive support. No lists, no spam, and employee sessions are always confidential.

Note. This is a self-assessment to help you see gaps, not a formal audit or a guarantee about premiums. Mental health now accounts for around 13% of PMI claim costs (Insurance Business UK, 2025), and poor mental health costs UK employers around £3,710 per employee a year (Deloitte Mental Health Report, 2024). Client results are MYNDUP's own reported figures.
