How is MYNDUP different from an EAP?

Traditional EAPs are reactive and respond only once an employee is already struggling. MYNDUP is proactive and preventative, giving every employee fast access before they reach that point. Engagement is typically around six times that of a traditional EAP, and MYNDUP can replace an EAP or run alongside one.
