Passion begins with self-awareness. This session explores how personal values, strengths, and self-care influence our ability to stay engaged and energised in HR. Participants will reflect on their relationship with themselves, how they relate to others, and what fuels or drains their motivation.
Passion isn’t just personal—it’s shaped by the workplace environment. This session focuses on how HR professionals can navigate systemic challenges, find meaning in their role, and advocate for healthier workplace cultures.
The boundaries between work and personal life are often blurred, particularly in HR. This session explores how personal relationships, responsibilities, and life outside of work impact professional passion and resilience.
Passion doesn’t exist in isolation—it’s shaped by broader workplace culture, societal expectations, and professional networks. This session explores how external pressures influence motivation and how HR professionals can stay grounded in their purpose.
The final session brings all the insights together, helping participants create a plan for maintaining and nurturing their passion over time.

To get the most out of this experience, we ask that you engage actively. This isn’t just about showing up, it’s about being present. Turn off distractions. Close your email. Give yourself that time to fully participate.
We encourage you to treat these sessions as moments to recharge and reflect. By creating that space for yourself, you’ll be better able to absorb the tools and insights that will support your growth

What if I can’t attend every session in this series?
We really encourage you to attend every session to get the most from the series, as each one builds on the last and we want you to feel the full impact of how it’s been designed.
That said, we understand life happens, and sometimes you can’t make it. We’ve avoided scheduling during the summer holidays to make it easier for you.
If you can’t attend, just let us know 2 weeks in advance. While the series is designed for full participation, we don’t want you to miss out simply because of one session. We’ll help you stay connected and supported.

About Thomas Hatton
Thomas is a BACP-registered psychotherapist with a Master’s in Psychotherapy and a background in Psychology and Neuroscience. He’s spent over a decade supporting professionals in high-pressure roles through workshops and mental health consultancy.
But for Thomas, this isn’t just professional - it’s personal. After facing his own experience of burnout, he rebuilt his connection to purpose by redefining success and learning how to sustain energy over the long term.
