Interview Highlights
Q: What does purpose mean to you?
A: Purpose is everything. It’s what keeps me going — even when things feel heavy or stuck. It reminds me why I do this work, and who I’m doing it for. In a system that can so easily grind you down, having something bigger to hold onto is everything.
Q: When do you feel most connected to your work?
A: When I see someone realise their own power. That moment when it clicks, and they know their voice matters. That’s when I feel most alive in my role.
Q: What helps you stay grounded, especially in challenging moments?
A: Getting outside. Breathing. I don’t trust a thought that only happens indoors. Nature helps me reset — even just five minutes makes a difference.
Q: What does being resourced look or feel like for you?
A: It’s having the right people around you. People who remind you who you are, especially when the noise gets loud. Being resourced isn’t about having everything — it’s about having what you need.
Q: If you could share one message with the RH Collective, what would it be?
A: Find your people. Invest in your network — even when you don’t feel like it. Especially then. We’re not meant to do this work alone.
